Our policy
We want every new mama to feel confident buying Oumama. If you're not happy with your purchase we offer returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Due to food safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on opened products. If you have opened your product and are unhappy with it for any reason please contact us via our contact form and we will do our best to make it right.
To initiate a return:
- Email us via our contact formwith your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Once we receive the unopened product in its original condition your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No need to return the product.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong flavor or product please contact us via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item as quickly as possible.
Not what you expected
If you're unhappy with your Oumama product for any reason please reach out to us via our contact form. We'd genuinely love to hear your feedback and we'll do our best to find a solution. We want every new mama who tries Oumama to feel good about her purchase.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. To avoid being charged for your next order please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
