Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Delayed or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window please check your tracking information first. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your order appears lost please contact us via our contact form and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and product immediately and email us via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Oumama is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order please contact us immediately via our contact form and we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships.


Subscription orders

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines as standard orders. If you need to update your shipping address for a subscription please do so at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date.
